| Another busy summer day in the north. Today we closed on our waterfront lot on Pequaming Road as well as two 40 acre parcels in Keweenaw County. Also had a meeting with my web guys tonight about some upcoming refreshes to our websites. Not too much will change, but there will be some improvements! |

| Nice sunny day after the rain, and a bit cooler. Today we closed on a pole barn near Liminga, a house in Hancock, some vacant land near Pelkie as well as 160 acres outside of Painesdale. Tomorrow afternoon we are getting updated company photos as we have two new agents here now. NMLB Houghton currently has 10 agents plus myself and an office assistant. I still remember when I started this office in 2012 with only myself. Time flies! |

| We've had some warm temps lately! Today we closed on a residential lot in Hancock as well as 37 acres just west of Baraga. I also checked out another house up in Laurium that I hope to be listing soon. Hard to believe we are already halfway through July! |

| It's been a nice summer week! Today we closed on a house north of L'anse as well as a big chunk of land near Nestoria. Now I'm off to check out a new listing up in Laurium. Also, I am aware that the webcam is not working. There was a lightning strike last week that took out some equipment, hope to have it all fixed up in the coming week. Take care! |
