| Lots of rain but snow is melting! We definitely have some flooding concerns this week. Pretty busy start to the week as we evaluating several new listings set to hit the market soon. Showing activity on homes has been spiking up as well. April showers bring May flowers! |

| Windy day! Our sandhill cranes returned yesterday and they looked like they were questioning their decision. Today I checked out a beautiful home on Lake Superior that I hope to be listing in late Spring. Hope you had a great Thursday! |

| Woke up to some freezing rain/icy conditions but it is warming up now. Got some paperwork out today to list some land near Tapiola and am getting set for a closing on some Ontonagon County land. One day closer to warmer weather! |

| Last day of March! Had a bunch of showings today as we head into April, one month closer to warmer weather! Also met with my web developer today as we get closer to releasing my new and improved site! There will be many changes, but it will be great! |
