| No school again today with temps well into the negatives! This morning I plowed some snow, fed some deer and then got a lot done in the office. We got a couple new house sales under contract this week, one in Houghton and one in Hancock. Stay warm out there and drive safe! |

| Happy Monday! Local schools were cancelled due to extremely frigid temps, and are already cancelled for tomorrow as well. Got a deal together today on my Tapiola Road parcel and also wrote an offer on some land in Baraga Township. Time to go blow some snow! |

| Happy Thursday! Got caught up at the office today and then tonight we'll be cheering on the Michigan Tech Huskies as they take on Saginaw Valley at the SDC! |

| Snow has returned! Had a nice winter weekend and now we're back at it today. I've got a nice 20 acre parcel I'm listing this week as soon as the snow stops long enough to fly the drone. Drive safe out there! |

| Wrapped up my closing on the Johnson Road acreage today so congrats to the buyers and sellers! Last night I made the trip to Marquette to watch the Michigan Tech Men's Basketball team destroy NMU so that was fun for the Husky fans. Time to get the snowplow ready for this weekend! |

| Sunshine makes it seem nicer even when it is still frigid! Today we closed on a home in Ahmeek and also have some offers coming in on our Hill Street home in Hancock. Tonight Michigan Tech basketball will be taking on NMU in Marquette which is a big rivalry! |

| Happy Wednesday! Today we wrapped up a closing on some land near Bruce Crossing and also got a listing agreement signed for some land near Mud Lake. Also got a deal together on my Isle Royale Street house in Laurium so that was great news. There is a new poll question for you to vote on! |
