| Houghton is filling up for Bridgefest! Nice sunny day but quite windy. We also have the Lake Trout Tournament in Keweenaw Bay so we'll see how the winds affect that this weekend. Today we closed on a cottage on Lake Superior near Lake Linden, as well as another Lake Superior home up towards Copper Harbor. We also closed on a foreclosure near Atlantic Mine. Offers are also rolling in on my new Seventh Street listing in Houghton. Real estate is officially in full swing now. Have a great weekend! |

| Busy day at NMLB. We wrapped up four closings today and have some new deals coming together.
