| Storm has passed and snow has been cleared. We wrapped up a closing on a nice place near Trout Creek so congrats to our buyers and sellers! We've got a handful of showings going on today as we approach the end of the year. New Year's Eve tomorrow! |

| Many areas received 20 plus inches of snow last night! I was out plowing at midnight and it's a good thing because by morning there was another foot to deal with. Stay safe out there! |

| Freezing rain/ice made for some pretty nasty roads last night! Someone hit a power pole near our office so we were informed that we'll be disconnected for the next few hours. Time to go move snow! Have a great weekend! |

| We got a nice little snowstorm this weekend which has really started the snowmobiling tourism. Wrapped up a closing today on some land near Gratiot Lake and finished up a price evaluation for a place near Bootjack. It is supposed to warm up a bit the next few days so that will be nice! |
