| This has been a pretty serious winter thus far. Heavy snow just keeps coming and temps are getting colder. Got a deal together this weekend on a Skanee parcel so congrats to the buyers and sellers. Also had a closing on a commercial property in Ontonagon. Drive safe! |

| January rolls on! Had a nice weekend with some more snow, and it sounds like some more lake effect to come Wednesday morning. Today we wrapped up a closing on a house in Calumet, so congrats to our buyer on his new home! I've also got an offer out on some land near Twin Lakes so we'll see what happens with that! |

| The snow keeps coming! Back to work here as we wrapped up a closing on a house in Hancock and some land in Ontonagon. Also got a new deal together today on a 20 acre parcel. This year is off on the right foot! |

| 2026 is here! 2025 was a record-breaking year for Northern Michigan Land Brokers of Houghton. Our growing office produced over 53 Million in gross sales and we had 9 agents there multi-million dollar producers this year. Can't wait to keep it going in 2026.
