| One day closer to Christmas! Today we closed on some land on Rousseau Road as well as some land out in Jacobsville. Also got a couple nice new listings going on the MLS as we speak. Also, the Snowfall Total Contest is now open for voting! |

| Wet heavy snow/rain today! Had success during the IL gun season this weekend and now am back to work with hunting season all over for me. Today we closed on some land on Gay Lake Linden Road so congrats to our buyers and sellers on a smooth sale! Time to start planning for Christmas! |

| Looks like a winter wonderland in the North! Ended up punching my second deer tag here when archery season reopened yesterday in the U.P. Go check out the online buck pole if you'd like to have a look. Today we closed on our beautiful listing on No. 6 Road near Mohawk so congrats to our sellers on a nice sale! |

| Snowy commute this morning! We wrapped up a closing on a house in Hancock as well as some land up by Eagle River. Other than that we are trying to get as much wrapped up as possible before Thanksgiving! |

| We got a bit of snow today! Over the weekend I got a deal together on my new Rauhala road listing. That one was a great example of the power of the MLS and real estate professionals. The seller had been trying to sell it himself for quite some time to no avail. We stepped in with our marketing and photography and ended up selling for well over asking and well over what he would gotten even on his own. Never underestimate the effectiveness of professional representation! |

| Today we closed on some land near Houghton, as well as 40 acres out in Skanee. This afternoon I went and took pics of a nice new land listing on Rauhala Road just outside of Houghton.
