| Mild weekend but snow on the way this week! We wrapped up a closing on a home in Houghton as well as a commercial property in Chassell. Also got a deal accepted this weekend on some land on Firesteel Road near Ontonagon. Don't put the shovels away yet! |

| Another week is almost over! Today we wrapped up a closing on a camp with acreage out by Nestoria. Have you even been to the Cozy Inn out there? Anyhow, lots of new real estate deals in the works that will unfold in the coming weeks. Enjoy your day! |

| Another mild day today. We finalized a closing on two different parcels in Ontonagon County and still trying to get a deal accepted on another one. Big playoff basketball game in Houghton tonight where the Michigan Tech Huskies are hosting the Davenport Panthers. Have a great day! |

| March is here! It brings us a little hope that snowfall will start to slow down. It is going to be unseasonable warm this week so it will be good to gradually melt things down a bit. Today we processed a closing on a waterfront home on Lake Superior as well as some land down by Garden, MI. Also have a new offer out on some land near Ontonagon to start the week off right. Bring on the sunshine! |

| Sunny warm day! Michigan Tech basketball had an amazing buzzer beater victory last night so that was exciting. We had a closing today on a house near Painesdale and also have a couple new offers in the works. Sunshine has the phones ringing! |

| Yesterday's storm closed most all businesses in Houghton. 50 plus MPH winds and heavy snow made traveling all but impossible. Happy local kids with two straight days of school closings. Back in action now. Today we closed on a house in L'anse, some land near Arnheim as well as as a home in Atlantic Mine. Good luck to the Michigan Tech Huskies basketball teams tonight as they head to Marquette and take on the rival Northern Michigan University Wildcats! |
